History
Andrew began working in restaurants at just 13 years old—and never left the industry.
Over the years, his career has taken him across the country and throughout Europe, including time in France working alongside acclaimed chefs and immersed in wine culture. At the same time, he pursued a lifelong passion for music—performing, writing, and collaborating with legendary artists across genres.
Ferlazzo 1938, opened in July 2025, is the culmination of both worlds. His third restaurant in downtown Culpeper, it brings together exceptional food and unforgettable live music.

Executive Chef Fabrizzio, originally from Italy and trained in New York City, brings authenticity to the table with house-made pastas and a dynamic menu of handcrafted dishes that change weekly.
